Today we are exploring a yummy keto dressing recipe. This dressing can be used with salads as well as a dip. This recipe has been created by Dr. Janak Nathan and is actively using it.

RIPE AVOCADO- 100 G
KETO MCT OIL- 90 G
AMUL CREAM- 100 G
HERBS: OREGANO, THYME, ROSEMARY- A PINCH
LEMON JUCE- 15 G
VINEGAR- 20 G
BLACK PEPPER POWDER- AS PER TASTE
SALT- AS PER TASTE
WATER- FOR CONSISTENCY
METHOD:
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER.
- PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH
- ADD MORE WATER FOR THINNER CONSISTENCY & LESS WATER FOR THICKER CONSISTENCY
- REFRIGERATE FOR UPTO A WEEK

- DEEP FRY THE CHICKEN LIVER TILL IT IS TENDER. KEEP IT ASIDE
- CHOP THE VEGETABLES
- MIX THE KETO DRESSING, CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND CHOPPED FRIED CHICKEN LIVER TOGETHER
