KETO DRESSING RECIPE

Today we are exploring a yummy keto dressing recipe. This dressing can be used with salads as well as a dip. This recipe has been created by Dr. Janak Nathan and is actively using it.

KETO DRESSING

INGREDIENTS

RIPE AVOCADO- 100 G

KETO MCT OIL- 90 G

AMUL CREAM- 100 G

HERBS: OREGANO, THYME, ROSEMARY- A PINCH

LEMON JUCE- 15 G

VINEGAR- 20 G

BLACK PEPPER POWDER- AS PER TASTE

SALT- AS PER TASTE

WATER- FOR CONSISTENCY

METHOD:

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER.
  2. PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. ADD MORE WATER FOR THINNER CONSISTENCY & LESS WATER FOR THICKER CONSISTENCY
  4. REFRIGERATE FOR UPTO A WEEK

ANY TYPE OF LETTUCE

CUCUMBER/ZUCCHINI

RADISH

METHOD:

  1. CHOP ALL THE VEGETABLES.
  2. MIX THE KETO DRESSING AND THE VEGETABLES TOGETHER.
  3. SERVE COLD
  • KETO EGG SALAD

BOILED EGG

ANY TYPE OF LETTUCE

CUCUMBER/ZUCCHINI

RADISH

METHOD:

  1. CHOP THE BOILED EGG AND THE VEGETABLES.
  2. MIX THE KETO DRESSING, CHOPPED EGG AND THE VEGETABLES TOGETHER.
  3. SERVE COLD
  • CHICKEN LIVER SALAD

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN LIVER

GINGER GARLIC PASTE

LEMON JUICE

BLACK PEPPER POWDER- AS PER TASTE

SALT- AS PER TASTE

OIL- FOR DEEP FRYING

ANY TYPE OF LETTUCE

METHOD

  1. CHOP THE CHICKEN LIVER INTO SMALL PIECES, MARINATE IT WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE, LEMON JUICE OR AN HOUR
  2. DEEP FRY THE CHICKEN LIVER TILL IT IS TENDER. KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. CHOP THE VEGETABLES
  4. MIX THE KETO DRESSING, CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND CHOPPED FRIED CHICKEN LIVER TOGETHER
