Keto Recipes

Keto recipes are made from our regularly used soya products called Episoya powder which are specially designed for our Keto patients. It is easily available at our clinic and can be courier to the outpatients by the distributor. Keto recipes also includes all non-vegetarian recipes.

We would like to share our keto recipes which are as follow:-

1.CONDENSED MILK BALLS

INGREDIENTS
COW’S MILK
SOY POWDER
GHEE(CLARIFIED BUTTER)/OIL OR
BUTTER
(& SUGAR FREE NATURA PELLETS(SUCRALOSE) TO TASTE

Method of preparation:-

Step 1-Weigh all the ingredients.
Step 2-Pour all the ingredients in the pan, on the flame.
Step 3-Condense the milk.
Step 4-Take the condensed milk & make small pedas.
Step 5-Garnish with a few strands of saffron & pedas are ready to serve
Similarly, using the same amount of ingredients GULAB JAMUN can be prepared and dipped in sugar free natura syrup.

2.JEERA PURI/ CRISPY FRIED BREAD

INGREDIENTS
WHEAT FLOUR
SOY POWDER
GHEE(CLARIFIED BUTTER)/OIL OR
BUTTER

Method of preparation:-

Step 1-Weigh all the ingredients.
Step 2-Take the weighed amount of wheat flour, soy powder, salt & jeera powder to taste in a container & the required amount of water & knead a dough.
Step 3-Roll the dough in balls and make small puris.
Step 4-Fry the puris and serve.

3.BESAN SEV/ FRIED NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
BESAN (GRAM FLOUR)
SOY POWDER
GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER)//OIL OR
BUTTER

Method of preparation:-

Step 1-Weigh all the ingredients.
Step 2-Mix besan (gram flour), soy powder, salt to taste and enough water to form a soft dough.
Step-3Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Take a small quantity of the dough and pass through the extrusion machine, to get the shape of sev & pour this directly into the pan containing heated oil.
Step 4-Deep fry the sev, till golden brown and crisp.

4.PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
SOY POWDER
EGGS
TOMATOES
CAPSICUM
CHEESE
OIL/GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER)/OR
BUTTER
(& SUGAR FREE NATURA PELLETS, (SUCRALOSE) ,SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE)

Method of preparation:-

Step 1-Mix soy powder, eggs, salt, pepper & water.
Step 2-Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add this batter & spread evenly.
Step 3-Cook both the sides.
Step 4-Blanch tomato, drain excess water & make pulp.
Step 5-Add salt, red chilly powder & saccharin to this pulp & make sauce out of it.
Step 6-Apply the sauce on the pancake& top it with finely chopped capsicum & tomatoes, grated cheese & butter.
