Yummy Keto Recipes:- Prepared and Shared by our Keto Patients Parents

Hello Everyone, We are back with some delicious keto recipes. We are fortunate enough that these recipes are shared by our dear parents whose little ones are on ketogenic diet. 

1) Keto Nutty Ice-cream

Ingredients:

Amul cream 

Nuts of your choice (Almonds/Walnuts/Pecan/ Macadamia)

Sugar free soymilk

Agar agar powder

Ghee 

Method: 

Freeze amul cream for upto 2 hours.

In the meanwhile roast crushed nuts in ghee.

Boil sugar free soymilk with pinch of agar agar powder so that it condenses.  

Mix the nuts into condensed sugar freesoymilk and cook untill the mixture turns out to be a little dry.

Let the mixture cool down for some time.

Mix it with freezed amul cream with hand blender.

Keep in freezer for further cooling. Enjoy your chilled Keto Nutty Ice-cream!

2) Egg Shashlik with Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: 

Egg

Mushroom

Bell peppers

Ginger garlic paste

Salt 

Pepper

Red chilli flakes

Oil 


Method: 

Clean and chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, and add chopped vegetables and all the dry spices.

Add water, salt and boil. After the mixture starts boiling slowly add eggs into it.

Do not beat them. After 1minute switch off the gas and let the egg simmer (Do not overcook the egg).

Serve hot! 

3) Fish Cutlets

Ingredients:

Fish 

Garlic 

Cumin seeds

Green chillies

Coriander leaves

Salt 

Lemon juice 

Oil 


Method:

Boil Fish (Rawas or Basa) with garlic, jeera and little vinegar [Do not add water while boiling].

Once done, remove fine bones & shred the fish meat.

Blend together the boiled mixture along with green chilli, salt, lemon juice and egg.

Add chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. 

Roll it into shape of cutlets & fry.

Serve it with green chutney. 

4) Butter Garlic Prawns Fry 

Ingredients:

Prawns 

Salt 

Pepper

 Garlic

 Vinegar 

Coriander leaves

 Butter 


Method: 

Marinate prawns with salt and pepper, keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Add some oil in pan, add crushed garlic.

Once it turns golden brown, add butter, chopped parsley, and vinegar.

Give it a good mix and serve.

5) Malai Prawns 

Ingredients:

Prawns 

Onion

Amul cream

Curd

Onion

Almonds

Ginger garlic paste

Green chillies

Pepper corns

Cloves

Green cardamom

Black cardamom

Cinnamon

Cumin seeds

Kasuri methi

Garam masala powder 

Corrainder-cumin powder 

Salt

Oil 


Method:

In a pan heat oil add pepper corns, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon and cumin seeds. 

To this add onion paste, cook until it turns into light pink colour.

Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, curd, kasuri methi, garam masala powder, coriander-cumin powder & salt. 

Add 2-3 powdered almonds & amul cream. 

Add water as per consistency.

Finally add prawns and cook for few minutes.

Serve hot!
