KETO CHOCOS RECIPE

Hello everyone!

We are sharing a yummy keto chocos recipe made by one of our patient’s mom. This can be eaten on it’s own or with milk.

KETO CHOCOS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

ALMOND FLOUR- 15 G

FLAXSEED FLOUR- 10 G

UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER- 1 G

ERYTHRITOL SWEETENER- 10 G

OIL/GHEE- 10 G

METHOD:


  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH VERY LITTLE WATER TO MAKE A FIRM DOUGH.
  • TAKE LITTLE PIECES OF DOUGH AND PRESS IT INTO A SPOON TO MAKE IT INTO CHOCOS SHAPE.
  • SCOOP OUT THE SHAPED DOUGH AND PLACE IT ON A GREASED BUTTER PAPER TRAY.
  • PLACE THE TRAY IN THE MICROWAVE AND SET IT FOR 20 SECONDS.
  • REMOVE THE CHOCOS FROM THE MICROWAVE AND LET IT COOL.
  • SERVE
  • IT CAN BE STORED IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER UPTO A WEEK.
