CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND AVOCADO WRAP
• Chicken sausages
• Onion, Capsicum and Tomato finely chopped
• 1 large ripe avocado
• Ice berg lettuce leaf
• Home-made Mayonnaise
• Home-made Mustard sauce
• Lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:-
Step 1– Add the given amount of oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2– Add sausage; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
Step 3– Remove sausage from pan and rest it over lettuce leaf.
Step 4– Prepare avocado sauce: – Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a food processor and add the yogurt, lime juice and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Add the avocado sauce on the fried sausages.
Step 5– Top it with finely chopped Onion, Capsicum and Tomato.
Step 6– Complete the recipe with home-made mayonnaise and mustard sauce dressing.
